Home sales will be the catalyst that will drive us out of this
recession just as it was the catalyst that brought us into this
recession. Although the data comes out late, forecasters are expecting the existing home sales report for June to be up. This is set to come out Thursday. inventories are expected to be still substantially higher than had ever been. We'll see a slight tapering off as unemployment numbers began to rise. It's interesting to note the correlation between unemployment numbers and foreclosures in society. People are losing their jobs and can no longer afford their own homes or their recreation homes. this is particularly true in areas that most people use for recreation,a house in Florida, a house in California, house in New York.
